The broker promotion ad workflow is very similar to the agent promotion ad workflow, including the functionality of uploading your own full-formed ad created by your team.
Only Boost admins with purchasing power for the brokerage can create brokerage promotion ads.
1. Log into your brokerage’s Boost dashboard & scroll down to BROKERAGE PROMOTIONS CAMPAIGNS
Make sure you’re logged in as the Boost admin for your brokerage’s account. This section is featured below any active campaigns running on the account, but above additional inventory available for purchase.
2. Tap on “Add new campaign”
Here is where you’ll customize your ad design and target area.
Review your ad
The preview ad is auto-populated with text and imagery, but you can edit as much as you’d like.
1 - Web page that you’d like your ad to post from: To publish from your business page instead, connect to your personal Facebook account and select which of your business pages you want us to use. You can edit this within the Ad text and image section.
2 - Facebook intro. text above the image: What is the goal of your ad? Are you recruiting new agents, or getting your name out to a new area? (Note: this text will not display for the Web Ad.)
3 - Ad image: The default image shows what a typical Brokerage Promotion Ad might look like. Click here for all the details on uploading your own ad.
4 - Bold headline text below the image: Text that will catch your audience’s attention as they scroll through their feed.
5 - Call-to-action message: Encourage users to contact your brokerage with a strong call-to-action to visit your website for more info.
You have the ability to customize these features to fit your needs. Simply type in the text you’d like, and upload your ad image! Your changes will be displayed on the left side of the right navigation bar.

Who would you like to reach?
There are two ways you can target your brokerage promotion ad. You can edit this within the "Who will see your ad?" section.
Enter an address: Boost’s intelligent targeting system will target an audience (i.e. potential buyers or agent recruits) that lives in the area you indicate.
Add your contacts: Upload your contact list of prospects and we’ll show them your ad when they browse their favorite social media page or website.
Where should your traffic go?
This is the web page users will land on when they click your ad. This can be any website you choose. Many brokerages choose to link to their company site or personal website.
Note: Boost landing pages for brokerage promotion ads are not available.
3. Checkout
If your ad preview looks great and the summary of your campaign looks accurate, go ahead and tap the Checkout button.
Confirm the information again on the next screen and enter your billing info and coupon code, if needed. Hit the Checkout button, and your ad will hit the web and will be seen by a large audience in just minutes!
Note: You have the ability to edit how long you want the ad to run. IE: one month, three months, six months, and twelve months.
After the campaign kicks off, you can monitor its reach and make minor edits by tapping the View details button in the Brokerage Promotion Campaigns section of your dashboard.
